David Adeleke whose stage name is Davido, a Nigerian global popular artist has finally Weds his long term girl friend and partner Chioma who is also known as Chefchi (Chioma Rowland) who hails from Imo state.
The event took place in Lagos on Tuesday 25 June, 2024 at the Echo Hotel and Suites, Lagos Nigeria.
This occasion was graced by prominent Nigerians and super stars from all works of life. They include: ex – president Olusegun Obasanjo, Governor Alex Otti of Abia state, Governor Adeleke his uncle, Obi Cubana, Cubana Chief Priest. Others are Victor Osimhen Nigerian international football star and many renowned artists in entertainment industry.
Davido, dressed in his Yoruba traditional attire and another look, he was seen rocking an Igbo traditional attire, and posed in the colourful photos with his fiancée, Chioma
The 30 BG boss on Sunday posted a series of pre-wedding photos with his fiancee rocking different outfits, he captioned it with the hashtag of their wedding, “#CHIVIDO2024

In a recent interview, the singer opened up about his relationship with Chioma, revealing that he had known her before his rise to fame and fortune.
Reflecting on this, Davido expressed gratitude for meeting her during that period, emphasizing that it would have been challenging for him to enter relationships now as he would feel every woman wants him for his money or status
Davido revealed the significance of authenticity in his circle, noting that success for him lies not just in personal achievements but in the continued presence of those who stood by him during his humble beginnings.
The couple, who lost their son Ifeanyi in a tragic accident in 2022, welcomed their twins in the United States in October, 2023.
