Guinness World Records: Longest Marathon Club DJ-ing
A Nigerian DJ known as DJ Brytos has joined the rest of the world to attempt a ground breaking of the Guinness world records on longest marathon of club dj-ing.
According to his words during an interview with Kpomkwem Media, he said:
Dearest Family,
I’m excited to announce that after submitting my application to the Guinness World Records over 5 months ago for the Longest Marathon Club DJ-ing, I have received an approval mail yesterday.This journey wil embrace endurance, skill and creativity required to be a world class DJ.
The official current holder of this record is Norbert Selmaj aka Norberto Loco from Poland, who completed 200 hours in the Underground temple bar in Dublin, Ireland from 18-27 November 2014. “I intend to extend my record-breaking moment to 336hours (2weeks).
In continuation from DJ Brytos, he pleads his fans and music lovers round the globe to join him in pushing the limits, discovering new possibilities, rewriting the stars and setting a milestone for a new record. According to him, this wouldn’t be possible without you all, “I’m seeking sponsors to create a landmark history.
Through your support, you will not only be part of a momentous achievement but also inspire innovation and new approach to DJ-ing as well as the entertainment industry on a global scale, Pushing the boundaries of the art and keeping it fresh and exciting.”
