In the wake of this episode, DJ Kaywise stirred significant reactions when he publicly declared that he would “end it all” at 9:00 PM on Wednesday, September 13 by committing suicide.

This statement prompted deep concerns about potential suicide, but the Nigerian artist had a different explanation.

He took the opportunity to shed light on his personal struggles and the clash with Gistlover, which had left many people shocked.

However, a considerable number of individuals were left disappointed and hurt to discover that the Nigerian music producer had, in a way, played with their emotions.
