IS THAT RIGHT? “Other Artists Imitating My Style,” asserts Rema

Divine Ikubor, better known by his stage name Rema, is a well-known artist who has claimed that other musicians are copying his style and sound. 

The ‘Calm Down’ singer claimed in a recent interview with Rollingstone that although people who copy him don’t give him credit, he is still “flattered” that other people find inspiration in him.

He declared that altering the afrobeats music landscape has always been his aim.

“I’ve been touring nonstop for the past four years, climbing on stages and unleashing hits. It has continuously aided in my improvement.

Even though I think vacations are necessary, I don’t want to be alone. I’m planning to develop this [afrobeats] sound a lot. I’ve always been the guy who just wants to alter the player’s perception of the game and the individual himself. from branding to sound to performances.
