In the twenty-first minute, Emilio Nsue gave Nzalang Nacional the lead.
Halftime saw a 1-1 score thanks to an own goal by Esteban Orozco Fernandez.
Josete Miranda gave Equatorial Guinea the lead once more as they went on the rampage following the break.
Nsue then finished with a hat-trick in ten minutes by scoring two goals. Ze Turbo had enough extra time to make up for the shortfall.
After drawing 1-1 with Nigeria in their opening game, they now have four points thanks to the victory.
Guinea-Bissau has lost both of their games and is all almost eliminated.
