MEET SAMUEL ISAIAH
Samuel Isaiah is a renowned Nigerian gospel artist, writer, composer, and media personnel.
popularly known as SHAWA SHAWA master for his 2017 hit single which brought him to stardom as the public adopted the title for a slogan for God’s showers of blessings “I wish you SHAWA SHAWA”. His full name is Samuel CHIMEZIE Isaiah
He is a married gentleman, prudent in his dealings, and always ready to serve humanity with his best.
To crown it all, he is a minister of God called from birth as an international Evangelist which his musical talent has complimented.
He hails from Obingwa LGA in Aba township of Abia State Nigeria and was born to God-fearing parents, Late Deacon/Deaconess. Isaiah O. Ukomadu of blessed memories.
He is an alumnus of Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa (NASPOLY), Rivers State Polytechnic Bori, All Saints Secondary School Ehere Aba, and Evangel Seminary School Ovom Aba.
Read Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Telecommunication option), and currently work as a pressman with a reputable organization knowns as Voice of Nigeria (VON), and many other previous jobs including Multipro Enterprises Limited makers of Indomie Noodles.
He is also a seasoned politician who has served in various capacities starting from the grassroots to the national level. Positions held include: 1st vice chairman, National Youth Council Of Nigeria (NYC) Obingwa LGA, and also acted as state chairman. Nasarawa State Student Coordinator of the Progressive Peoples Alliance (PPA), National student coordinating member of PPA in 2007. The fourth most influential political party in Nigeria as of then, which emerged fourth in the 2007 presidential election with His Excellency, Chief Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu who was the presidential flag bearer.
He is the founder of the “All Ngwa Youth Foundation Forum” (ANYFF) which trended optimally from 2004 through 2006 before he left for Abuja.
He is a public and motivational speaker, and he also anchors events as master of ceremony (MC) outside his singing career.
THE BAND
He is the president of Christ Ambassadors Band International (CAB INT’L.) which offers a gospel Live band entertainment that is spirit filled. Not limited to gospel songs alone but also renders other genres which include: Meaningful Highlife, reggae, hip hop, jazz, and classic songs that can uplift your body, soul, and spirit. He has performed in many high-profile events including Governorship and Presidential campaign rallies, high-class weddings, and burial ceremonies, top crusades not to mention but a few.
He released his first single “Kuwaranu Jehova Aka” in 2015 from his anticipated first album “Christ Ambassadors” which was released a few months later the same year.
In 2017 he dropped his second single titled SHAWA SHAWA which brought him to stardom as the public adopted the title as a street slogan for God’s showers of blessings “I wish you Shawa Shawa”.
This song title becomes his nickname as everyone now calls him SHAWA SHAWA master.
This song also attracted so many radio and TV interviews as well as airplay in Nigeria. Also trended on caller tunes on the four major Nigerian networks. (Mtn, Glo, Airtel & 9mobile) with lots of gigs that accompanied it.
